Problem 1: unable to move

1. Low pressure (there is blowing actuator or the piping is too thin)

? please operate the manual operation button.

(note) please note that manual operation will also make the actuator act.

If the valve still fails to operate after operating the manual button, please check the following items.

1) For specifications without oil supply (without oil mist)

Whether other lubricants on the market are used. Other types of lubricating oil may cause blistering and deterioration of seals.

Therefore, please do not use non specified lubricating oil (if other lubricating oil on the market has been used, please replace the solenoid valve).

2) For specifications using oil mist

Please confirm whether 1 turbine oil isovg32 is used.

Replace the lubricating oil of isovg32 solenoid valve. If it is not necessary to replace the lubricating oil of isovg1 solenoid valve.

2. Condensate (foreign matter) solidification and blockage

? please operate the manual button 5 ~ 6 times.

(operating the manual operation button may discharge the stuck foreign matters)

(note) please note that manual operation will also make the actuator act.

If there is condensate, please discharge it in time.

3. Due to the use of other non recommended turbine oil on the market, the sealing ring swelled and deteriorated.

? please replace the solenoid valve.

? please operate the manual operation button.

About the lubricating oil used in oil supply

When feeding oil, please use No. 1 turbine oil (no addition) ISO vg32 or No. 2 turbine oil ISO vg32 in the following table.

If the oil supply is interrupted, the initial grease will disappear and cause poor action. Please be sure to continue the oil supply. In addition, when using turbine oil, please read the product safety data sheet (SDS) of turbine oil.
